The above fees cover the access to the meeting room, the coffee breaks, the lunch, the combined excursion/banquet of the conference(s), the welcome reception, the booklet with the abstracts, a guided tour to the Museum and the archeological site, the bus from(to) the airport as well as the cost of the bus taking the participants to the beach during the lunch breaks.

* Depending on the sponsoring of the conference, the accommodation cost for some students will be covered by the organizers. After registration, students are invited to send en e-mail to the organizers asking for this support.

** The above fees cover the lunch, the banquet of the conference(s), the welcome reception(s), one excursion and the bus from(to) the airport as well as the cost of the bus taking the participants to the beach during the lunch breaks.
